Addressing reporters on a teleconference call, Gerard said that the union and Mondragon, which is the largest worker-owned cooperative in the world, will work to establish manufacturing cooperatives that adapt collective bargaining principles to the Mondragon worker ownership model of “one worker, one vote.”
