Creating partnerships and identifying sources of funding

MAPA provided business advisory and strategic consulting services to an industrial park and transport logistics center currently under development in South America.  The purpose of the park is to create an innovative logistics center that will enhance the country’s export operations and streamline the processes involved in cargo handling at the nearby airport. When this concept was created, MAPA played a vital role in the project receiving funds from the US Trade & Development Agency. Initially, MAPA performed a feasibility study for the project.  Following the completion of the feasibility study, MAPA worked with project coordinators on its grant application, which was eventually awarded by USTDA in the amount of $500,000. In addition to these services, and general business advisory services, MAPA has also provided introductions to key potential partners, such as the major global carriers, as well as potential clients.
